Colored Asphalt

RODUCT INFORMATION

USAGE AREAS

  • Bicycle and bus routes,
  • Special traffic lanes,
  • Pedestrian crossings,
  • Parking areas and squares

APPLICATION

All infrastructure works must be completed before laying, and the road surface must be made ready for laying by removing the adhesive material. Laying can be done by hand or with a paver. Compaction should be started immediately after the mixture is laid.

The mixture temperature should not be below 130 °C when the rolling is started, and the compression process must be completed before the mixture temperature drops below 80 °C.

Appropriate rollers should be used in the compression process. After the layer laid after the last cylindrical cycle, it should be opened to vehicle and pedestrian traffic after it has cooled down to the ambient temperature.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Unlike the maintenance and repair of traditional asphalt, there is no need for an extra maintenance-repair.
ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
When applied correctly, it does not have properties that can harm nature. Safety precautions must be followed.
