We consider compliance with policies and rules as our fundamental principle. You can report situations that you believe are not in line with Metgün’s Code of Business Conduct via phone, e-mail, or through our web page.

Reports regarding violation of Code of Business Conduct should be made primarily to the manager of the relevant department.

Your report should be made in the spirit of honesty, goodwill and fairness.

Your report should contain enough detail to allow for the necessary investigation to be conducted.

Metgün guarantees that your report made in the manner described above will not be evaluated against you or cause you harm.
