At Metgün Group, we all value compliance with ethical principles and strive to set an example for one another in this regard.

As part of this approach, we established the “Metgün Ethics Hotline”. Shareholders, employees, regulatory and supervisory authorities, suppliers, customers, banks and all other external stakeholders may use these communication channels to seek advice, obtain guidance or submit a report regarding their own conduct or the conduct of Metgün employees.

If you become aware of any situation or practice that you believe violates ethical principles, you may report it to us through the communication channels listed below. All reports are evaluated by the Metgün Group Ethics and Compliance Committee, which reports to the Audit Committee, and the necessary actions are taken. Review and investigation processes are conducted confidentially by the relevant audit units.

Why should I submit an ethics report?

Acting ethically and honestly requires us to draw attention to and take responsibility for conduct that we believe violates applicable laws and/or the Metgün Group Code of Business Ethics .

How can I submit a report to the Metgün Group Ethics Hotline?

Metgün Group provides various communication channels through which you can submit your reports securely. You may contact us and submit your report using whichever channel is most appropriate for you. The entire process is handled confidentially. In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, commonly referred to as KVKK, no information other than the information you have authorised will be used or processed for any purpose. You may also submit your report anonymously.

What happens after I submit an ethics report?

The matter you report will be reviewed by the relevant audit units assigned to evaluate ethics reports, and the actions to be taken at the next stage will be determined. Investigations are conducted with strict confidentiality, based on concrete information and documentation, and in accordance with the Metgün Group Code of Business Ethics.

You will be contacted and informed within 48 hours following your report. You may also request information about the process through the same communication channels by using the report tracking code previously provided to you.
